1. Order the product and service
2. Receive your home collection kit through FedEx. Once you get the kit, store the kit under room temperature, away from moist area and direct sunlight. Check the content and plan to collect your sample according to the package insert. Samples need to be collected on Monday to Thursday and shipped through FedEx the same day with the returning label provided. You can either schedule a pickup in the morning with FedEx or drop the shipment to nearby FedEx offices.
3. Activate your kit / register your personal information online. Pack your sample(s) according to the package insert and ship it out on the same day of sample collection.
4. Your results will be ready in 3-5 business days and notified by Email.
